Christian,

You need to supply more information about when and how this occurs, 
preferably the EPW file you're trying to convert, assuming that's what 
you're trying to do.  It could be some climate variable that's out of 
bounds in the EPW file, or it could be something more fundamental to the 
eQ_WthProc program or the environment you're using, although I would 
tend to doubt that.
