Tip of the Day

The "Pumps & Aux" category in BEPS/BEPU includes the following:
7.    PUMPS & AUX - All pumping energy, all energy defined using any auxiliary energy keywords (such as for a boiler, chiller, or furnace), crankcase heat of DX equipment, and humidification energy.
It ALSO includes ERV HX power (SYSTEM:ERV-HX-KW).
You can calculate the energy associated with ERV heat exchangers by going to the REPORT - ERV Energy Recovery Summary, for each system that has energy recovery.
Multiply the HT EXCH kW by the total hours of runtime shown on the report, for each system with energy recovery.

Please share if you have discovered another hard-to-find contribution to PUMPS & AUX.
