Joe,

Do you know of other reliable weather databases?, I'm in Colombia and the
links you describe have only 5 cities, all far away from one of my projects,
which is located on the island of San Andrés. 

Any help would be very appreciated.

There is an ASHRAE IWEC2 weather file for Dhahran (SAU_DHAHRAN_404160_IWC2,
Lat 26.27N, 
Lon  50.20E), located 23 kilometers to the southeast of Dammam.  There are
also IWEC2 
weather files for 26 other locations in Saudi Arabia.  IWEC2 weather files
were developed 
in a 4-year ASHRAE project utilizing actual weather reports from thousands
of stations 
throughout the world going back 25 years. The entire set of 3,012 IWEC2
weather files is 
available on a DVD from ASHRAE for $229.  See
