Hi Teresa,

A few extra thoughts:

If you want to share the graphical reports as you see them in entirety, my preference is simply printing to PDF.

If you're using Vista or a newer Windows OS, I often use the integral 'snipping tool' these days for selective screen captures.  

If you want the "raw" data to build your own graphics, you'll need to be more descriptive of what you're trying to export and to what end for others to provide more specific direction.  If you're targeting the consumption/demand by end use you might start with the CSV file that's generated when you simulate in the same directory as the project.

If you are talking about the graphical summary reports - you can right-click and copy both the graphs and charts (and legend) the paste into a Word document as an image.
