Subject: [Equest-users] wizard ruleset file error

 

All my prior wizard project files only open in detailed mode. I then change
the mode to detailed and save them. Then when I attempt to open them I get
the following error (and the project refuses to open). Any ideas what is
going on? I even reinstalled eQUEST and that did not help.
