[Equest-users] convert weather data file

Hello,

Im also
having problems with the equest weather processor, converting weather file 
ARG_Buenos.Aires.875760_IWEC.epw  to  *.bin  (because of
the “invalid floating point value”)

I would be
grateful for solution options. Regards,
