[Equest-users] HVAC system definition

Hi,

I am modeling standard office building in equest v3.65 and I have 
trouble with choosing the HVAC system type. Our designed HVAC system is 
following:

1) Central AHU with preheat/precooling chamber of outdoor air
2) Local baseboards for secondary heating (only circulation of indoor air)
3) FC units for secondary (only circulation of indoor air)

All these are for 1 zone. My question is - how to model this as equest 
allows only 1 HVAC system per zone?
