[Equest-users] Free cooling Chiller on eQuest

Thanks for the quick responses. After setting the parameters to match my
design conditions I keep getting the error

*Tower: Dummy CT on loop DEFAULT-CW is not needed.  No simulation will be
performed.   *

Any thoughts?
