Your infiltration rates are not the same.  Check the LS-C report.  The peak infiltration in your baseline is 443 KBTU/HR on Jan 25th 7 am and your design is 1656 KBTU/HR on Jan 24th at 6 am.  That seems to be your problem for why there is so much supplemental heat.
