[Equest-users] Sloped or Shed Type Roof

Hi eQuest super heroes,

 

Is there a tutorial or other instruction on building a sloped or shed type
roof in detailed edit (I am not referring to the Wizard roof feature).

I have been playing with tilts, polygons, and coordinates but have not found
a means to positively place endpoints of multiple planes at a single,
definite point. The roof, when tilted, leaves a gap at the adjacent wall and
needs to be extended; the side walls need to become triangles; and the far
wall must adjust height to meet the new tilt of the roof. It's easier when
there is a simple shoebox model and I can do the geometry but what model is
simple and I always wonder if the equations produce absolute endpoints which
eQuest needs.

Any help is appreciated.
