[Equest-users] eQUEST for data centers

Jeff Hirsch on the Bldg-Sim list has made me aware of the DOE-2.3 
version with data center additions and that eQUEST can implement that 
version with some easy hacks.

Has anybody used this extensively and what was your experience?  I may 
actually be interested in working with an experienced user, so if you 
have a rate sheet, please send it off-list.
