[Equest-users] Customizing the EG_MoEU_ED file?

How can I customize the EG_MoEU_ED.csv file so that it displays monthly consumption and demand for steam meters?

Come to think of it, what does EGMoEUED stand for anyway?
Every Good Modeler Educates the Uniformed Each Day?
Probably "Electric Gas Monthly Energy Use and Energy Demand".
