Your screenshot indicates you are trying to create the system from scratch.  Have you tried to copy one of the existing systems instead?

Everything works well. It doesn’t show any BDL error or simulation error. But when I tried to create system, it says “Building Energy simulation tool has stopped working” and eQuest hangs. Then I don’t have any option left except closing the file.

Can you run it before you take it out of wizard mode?  If so, what do the simulation messages in the sim file say?
