[Equest-users] Big question on ASHRAE compliance

Chris,

Nick and Oscar are right regarding the 90.1 2007 baseline for LEED 2009
compliance . Vermont and Maryland are the only two states that implemented
IECC 2015 / ASHRAE 90.1 2013 as their state energy code.
