Since bus charging stations do not appear in ASHRAE 90.1, they are not regulated (i.e. not regulated by 90.1) and therefore fall under other/process loads.

Cheers,

The client wants to install bus charging stations in the parking/storage portion of the building. Would this classify as a process load or regulated load for LEED? My thought for modeling this would be simply to determine a kw load and add it to the electric meter scheduled to run overnight. Thanks in advance.
