[Trace-users] Modeling a furnace

I am modeling a building for an energy comparison, and one of the comparisons needed is a whole bunch of furnaces.  It's a dorm/housing building for a university, so it has 3 rooms, living room, kitchen, & 2 bathrooms to a suite.  We want to model it with a furnace per suite.  Do I model that as a variable temperature constant volume system, with zones for each furnace?
