As far as I know it isn't possible to do what you are asking. I will submit this as a feature request because I agree that this would be very useful.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with executing batch runs with Trace.  I am interested in finding a way to automate parametric runs for early stage analysis... especially when the exceeding the 4 alternative limit for a single project file.
