Hi Pauline,

This subject was ever treated in the past :
https://mailman.cae.wisc.edu/pipermail/trnsys-users/2009/004373.html

Different models exist to evaluate sky temperature. That's why you may
find differents values.
Meteonorm software use SoDa/ESRA clear sky model.

In trnsys, you may use :

  * type69a : cloudiness factor is not controled by user
  * type69b : cloudiness factor is an input of the type
  * type575a and type575b (In TESS library only)

If you compare sky temperature given by meteonorm data and sky
temperatures given with type69b with the same cloudiness factor as
meteonorm data, results won't be so different.

Best regards
