Artemi,
  I have just been working with this Type a lot too! The cover is 
considered to sit directly on top of the water. You could consider 
modeling the 15cm space as a thermal zone in Type56 but I would be very 
careful in doing so; there is a very complicated mass/energy balance 
that may include condensation and runoff on the underside of the cover 
unless of course you are providing a lot of ventilation underneath that 
cover.
