[TRNSYS-users] Forrtl: severe (38): error during write, unit 44, file SUMMARY.BAL

Wang,
That error usually indicates that too large a value is trying to be
written into a formatted output file. For example, if a Type (56 in this
case) tries to write the number 100 to an output file using a format
statement that only allows two digit numbers. Unfortunately there is
nothing that a user can do to solve the problem. If you send your
project and all the files needed to run it to your distributor they can
correct the error.
Regards,
  David
