[TRNSYS-users] Type64 Shading Masks

Cédric,
   Type64 assumes that the surface that contains the opening forms part 
of the mask. For example, if the opening is in a vertical surface then 
the opening can't "see" behind itself so in effect it has an infinitely 
tall mask for all surface angles behind the opening. You'll notice that 
in your table below, the output of Type15 and the output of Type64 is 
the same when you have a horizontal surface. In the other two cases (30° 
and 45° tilt) there is some difference because the surface itself 
creates a mask.
