1. Zone air temperature
    It means current/live temperature of a zone or room.
2. Zone set point temperature.
    It means thermostat set point / desired temperature set point in the
zone/room.
3. Cooling coil set point temperature.
    Chilled water supply temperature / supply water temperature set point
on the chiller plant.
