Eleonora,
Your Type56 building is in Energy Rate Control meaning that you are
predefining a zone temperature and allowing the model to compute the
energy required to maintain that temperature (the load). When you want
to simulate a system, you need to move from Energy Rate Control to
Temperature Level Control where you allow the zone temperature to float,
you define a thermostat and the equipment that will deliver energy to
the space (a fan coil or a radiator). The thermostat will watch the zone
temperature and turn on and off the equipment in an attempt to maintain
the desired set point. There is a tutorial called "Temperature Level
Control from Energy Rate Control" available at:

http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/downloads/tutorials_and_examples/tutex.htm

It will step you through the process that you can then apply to your
building and system.
Regards,
  David
