[TRNSYS-users] Type 510 cooling tower -Fan control signal error

Idris,
   The error message doesn't have to do with the fan control signal. The 
error is that the model cannot determine the energy transfer 
coefficients for the tower given the parameters that you have entered. 
For example, if you give a design outlet fluid temperature that is below 
the design wet bulb temperature then it is physically impossible for a 
tower to deliver such an outlet water temperature and the model will 
generate the error that you received. The fan control signal appears 
involved because the energy transfer coefficients are only calculated if 
the tower is actually on and running.
