Alexandros,
  I am not aware of a ready-made ORC component. The idea of using Type42 
would be to determine some independent variables (source temperature, 
sink temperature) on which the performance of the ORC depends and then 
to determine a performance metric for the ORC (like a COP for example) 
that would vary as a function of the values of your independent 
variables. Both the independent and dependent variables would get put 
into the Type42 data file format.
