[Virtual-sim] Heating & Cooling Delivery Efficiency

Hello to everyone on the list, 
 
I am trying to get information about the Heating Delivery Efficiency (HDE) and Cooling Delivery Efficiency (CDE) parameters that are used in the energy calculations.
 
The NCM wizard will assume some defaults values for each system type but I have not found any reference to which assumptions substantiate them in any document (NCM modelling guide, Non-domestic HVAC compliance guide, etc…)
 
I know these efficiency values will depend upon various design parameters but surely there must be some guidance about typical/bestcase values somewhere.
 
Any comments would be really appreciated
