[Bldg-rate] Experience Modellers and LEED Canada v1.0

Hello,

 

LEED Canada 2009 doesn't require energy simulations to be reviewed by a 3rd
party if they are prepared by "Experienced Modellers" (those currently on
the NRCan list).  Has anyone looked into whether submitting LEED Canada v1.0
simulations without a 3rd party review will be acceptable?  I don't see any
CIRs submitted yet.
