Senior Program Manager

BKi seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager to take on a leadership role within this dynamic and growing firm. The Senior Program Manager will both implement BKi's regional building energy retrofit programs in California and drive business and strategy development to expand BKi's nonresidential energy efficiency programs in California and other target regions. On existing contracts, the Senior Program Manager will primarily oversee project implementation and client relationships, including budget monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and supervision of internal staff and work products. The Senior Program Manager will also work with a senior internal team to develop new business offerings and opportunities in nonresidential energy efficiency.



The successful candidate will have deep experience in the energy efficiency field with a strong understanding of the utilities industry, a reputation as an excellent project and team manager, and superb communication, business development, and relationship management skills.
