[BLDG-SIM] New York Energy Conservation Code

Hello All

Does anyone know of a good on-line source of the latest Energy Code (is it
the 1995 MEC?) used for new building construction in New York?

Also, I believe NY is also considering adopting the 2000 Int'l Energy
Conservation Code.  Know of any good online source for this code, and/or
contacts in NY that I could call or e-mail to ask about this process?

Any leads will be appreciated.  Thanks!
