[Bldg-sim] Thermal Comfort Calc with DOE-2.1E

Thanks for the input. 
 
The latest version 119 of DOE-2.1E can calc surface temperatures and
zone mean radiant temperature and zone operative temperature. I am
wondering how accurate this can be.

It would be hard to do comfort calcs with DOE 2 since surface
temperatures are not calculated. I recommend using BLAST or EnergyPlus.
