[BLDG-SIM] Proceedings of the last two IBPSA conferences

A new IBPSA publications order form has just been
added to the IBPSA web site at:
http://www.ibpsa.org/PUBLICATIONS-order-form.pdf

In addition to proceedings from all prior conferences,
new publications now available include:
Building Simulation 2001 proceedings in paper and CD form,
and a CD containing proceedings for the 1985-1995 conferences.
