Yes, but only if you select Solar Distribution =  
FullInteriorAndExterior (in the BUILDING object).  With this option 
selected, direct sunlight is projected into the space onto the other 
zone surfaces.  If this option is not selected, then all direct 
sunlight entering the space is projected onto the floor surfaces.  
Use of this option requires that the zone be a completely enclosed 
convex volume.  EnergyPlus will also transmit sunlight from one zone 
into another through a window placed on an interior wall.  This may 
be the configuration you have with your double-skin facade.
