[BLDG-SIM] storage effect

Hi, everybody
  Does any one know if TRNSYS-PREBID (Multi-zone building simulation) 
includes  the rate of heat flow into or out of the mass of building 
materials in it when simulating  the energy consumption of a building ( 
heavy weight structure).
if the answer is no any other packages recommended,
