[bldg-sim] Error in IBPSA News Vol. 13, No. 1

The recent issue of IBPSA News has a misrepresentation about the
developer of the ABACODE spreadsheets.  The issue will be updated to
reflect the correction.  In the meantime, the News will be removed from
the website.  Please download the corrected version after it becomes
available.  I will announce its availability after it has been
re-installed on the IBPSA web site.
