[BLDG-SIM] getting the whole design team into the performance assessment game.

The best experience I have had is using Building Design Advisor (BDA).
It was designed to be used by architects from the very beginning of the
design process. The program just requires the data that the designer has
in every stage, using smart default values for the unknown parameters.
 
The building database is very well organized and in many ways remembers
the Revit's database.
