[BLDG-SIM] Admin: GARD Mailing Lists Down Due to Power Outage

The GARD mailing lists including SSPC901L, 901ECB, 901ENV, 
SPC140-L, TC28-L, TC47-L, IBPSAUSA and BLDG-SIM where 
unavailable from approximately July 20 at 11 pm to July 21 
at 2 pm due to a power outage (yes, 15 hours). If you tried 
to send an email to one of the mailing lists during that 
time, please resend your message.
