[bldg-sim] Where are Canadian TMY2 files?

The Canadian equivalent to TMY2 are called CWEC
(Canadian Weather for Energy Calculations) and are
in WYEC2 format.  Hourly files for 55 locations are
available.  They are available from
National Climate Data and Information Archive
at Environment Canada (roughly www.ec.gc.ca).
