[BLDG-SIM] DOE21E modeling using RHFS

John,

I changed outside air control to fixed, thermometer type to reverse action, 
htrottling range to 4 and cool control to warmest.  My heating consumption 
went down.  I reduced reheat delta t,  but I still can meet the space 
cooling temperature (too low).

Any ideas?
