Pivot tables in excel work great for analyzing temperature bins by
different hours and months, and the text versions of the weather files
(EPW, or NREL TMYs) are easy to work with in excel.

Subject: [BLDG-SIM] TMY2 Data Conversion to Bin Data
There HAS to be a way to get a text file of the 8,760 hours of
data from a TMY2.bin file used in eQuest and DOE-2.1E. I know there is a
weather utility in both programs, but I am not sure of how to set up the
command line or how to execute it.
Someone smart out there KNOWS how to do it.
