[bldg-sim] April 2004 IBPSA News Issue.

This reminder is late coming, but I announced last Fall that the IBPSA
News items would be due on 21 March.  It's late, so we have extended the
deadline to 31 March.
 
Please transmit to me any news on simulation software, seminars,
upcoming conferences, or any other simulation-related articles that you
can think of by 31 March.
