[bldg-sim] Moscow Weather

The subject of my last message should have been "Moscow Weather" and not
"Radiant Heating/Cooling".  I did receive the Moscow weather in binary
format and the other information that I requested.  I think a program
that converts IWEC weather files into a "*.bin" files for use by the
DOE2 programs would be very useful.

Does anyone have the weather file (.bin format) for Moscow, Russia for
use with the DOE2 program?  I also need the instructions for converting
the raw TRY weather data from NCDC (.dat + .inp ?) into a .bin weather
file.  Is it possible to convert IWEC weather data for use with DOE2?
