[BLDG-SIM] weather data for UAE

Hi Raquel,

There is no TMY, TMY2, TRY, DAT data for Dubai that i know of,

however, there is EPW data for Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates...about 100 Km west of dubai) 
that Ecotect can read in.
