[bldg-sim] Fan power of WLHP/GSHP system

I've a question related to WLHP/GSHP simulation of eQUEST. In current eQUEST, the fan power of a WLHP/GSHP system is calculated and reported separately from the electricity consumption for cooling or heating. Is it necessary (or proper) since the fan power is usually included in the total power of the water-to-air heat pump unit. Doesn't the performance curve of EIR for water-to-air heat pump include the fan power?
