[BLDG-SIM] VisualDOE - Too high heating energy for VAV system

Peter:

I'm guessing you aren't allowing the VAV system
chilled water coil to modulate, but just remain fixed
at 55 DegF. I believe there is a WARMEST keyword for
COOL-CONTROL. Use that, and the heating energy should
drop.
