[bldg-sim] IBPSA News time (Volume 15, No. 1)

Hello everyone:
 
It's time once again to publish the IBPSA News.  Let me have any
information items that may be of interest to the building simulation
community worldwide.  Short articles on simulation, new software,
upcoming conferences and events, position announcements, promotions,
awards, and any other achievements are welcome.  I need to have these by
21 March in order to make the April issue of the NEWS.
