SWERA (UNEP program) is developing hourly weather data sets for Nepal,
Tibet,
and China (among other countries). That data is not yet available but will
be
posted in the next few months on the SWERA web site:

Besides using Meteonorm, does anyone have any suggestions for how to obtain
hourly weather data for a remote location in northeastern Tibet?

The site in question is near the city of Yushu in Qinghai Province, China
(33N, 97E, 3800 m elevation).

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,
Hwakong
