Hi Gerald,
There could be more accurate way of doing it though...
 You need to calculate pool load that includes makeup water load & evap 
load/surface losses.
Use this output as the internal energy process load in eQUEST. Assign a high 
latent heat gain factor to the space ( 90% may be) and the rest to sensible. 

 But I'm not sure about using heat recovery to heat pools. Hope this helps 
to some extent.
