You might try MOIST, a free software program you can use to calculate
temperature profiles and dew point in wall assemblies. Check out this

MOIST is a one-dimensional, steady-state analysis, and there are other
considerations that have to be taken into account when analyzing dew
point. Among them are; seasonal and diurnal variation in wall
temperature and RH; the edge effects of studs, windows and framing; the
dynamics of wetting and drying in a cavity; and how a vapor barrier is
used.
