[bldg-sim] How to resolve unconditioned zones

Hello everybody
 Can you tell how you resolve unconditioned zones when simulation? Do you
arrange those unconditioned zones with their adjacent conditoned zones to a
same air system? Or group all those unconditioned zones to an individual air
system like SUM? Is there much difference in result ?
