There is the TAMU PhD thesis and various papers by Keith Sylvester that modeled this with DO2-2 and PV-FCHART, which includes meas transmissivity data for a BIPV application in selected cities.

I am developing a PV thermal component (in Visual Basic or Fortran) that will be inserted into TRNSYS as a DLL.
Did anybody do something similar? Could you give me some hints how to do it or where to read about it?
What software would be more recommended for programming Visual Basic or Fortran?
